We started ConsultantPro because we were tired of advice that never left the slide deck. Twelve years later, we still measure ourselves on one thing: what actually changed.
Our founders spent their early careers running operations, finance and growth inside companies, not advising them. That shaped how we work. We sit with your teams, use your data and stay until the new way of working sticks.
Today we are a partner-led team advising more than 180 leadership teams across 12 industries. We stay deliberately small, so every client works directly with a senior partner from the first call to the final review.
